Payment, Shipping, Returns
PAYMENT, DELIVERY AND RETURN
The following payment methods are accepted:
Credit card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express), Bancontact, Bank transfer
The parties involved agree that a valid contract is established by using electronic means of communication. LaunchRoom is only bound by an order after it has been confirmed by e-mail. If you are in default with any payment, LaunchRoom is entitled to suspend or even to rescind (the execution of) the relevant agreement.
The prices of our products and services are quoted on the website in EUR (€) and include VAT. Prices exclude shipping costs, which are added to the total cost of the order at check-out. All offers are without obligation and LaunchRoom expressly reserves the right to change the prices.
The shipping is calculated at checkout by country and weight. Orders over €100 are shipped free.
Orders are shipped Tuesday through Saturday during the shop’s open hours. For special delivery requests, please contact us by e-mail before placing your order.
Once we receive your payment, your package will be sent via Mondial Relay or Bpost. If no one is home when the package is delivered, you can pick it up at your local post office or pick-up point or reschedule a delivery. Delivery within Belgium generally takes 2 to 3 working days. Due to Covid-19 there might be delay.
If you have entered an incorrect address at check-out, please contact us immediately using the contact form. If your order has already been shipped, you will be liable for reshipment costs.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
LAMPSHADE KITS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase (other than lampshade kits or sale items), please return the item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping costs for the return of an item are the responsibility of the purchaser and non-refundable. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you need help returning/exchanging an item.
The following conditions must be met for an order to be eligible for a refund or exchange: the packaging must be unopened, undamaged and contain all original elements (tags, information, etc.).
All approved returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval/rejection of your return and your refund (if applicable) will be processed as soon as possible.
If your shipment is damaged upon receipt, please contact Lynda@launchroom.be so that we can look into this issue. Please include in your e-mail a description and a photograph of the damage. If we do not receive the item you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of purchase, the order is no longer eligible for refund or exchange.
Please note: lampshade kits and all items on sale are non-refundable and final.
By accepting the parcel, you express that your order has been received in good condition. If on arrival the parcel containing your order seems to be damaged, you should reject it and have the delivery company return it to LaunchRoom. The purchaser accepts that LaunchRoom cannot be held responsible for the parcel after it has been accepted from the delivery company.
LaunchRoom recycles packaging whenever possible. Many of our suppliers package their goods in bubble wrap. We keep this and use it ourselves for the shipping of new orders. The same goes for wrapping paper, cardboard boxes, etc.
Needless to say, we will take the greatest care to ensure a safe and hygienic environment while packing your order.
